At Club Hachi, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, accessories, and invoices are included.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • Products returned without original packaging or tags.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items unless received damaged or defective.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the product (if damaged or defective).

  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  4. Once approved, the product must be shipped back as instructed.

Club Hachi reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria.

4. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be required for the amount to reflect in your account.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share photographs and order details for verification.

  • Upon approval, a replacement or refund will be provided at no additional cost.

6. Exchange Policy

Subject to product availability, we may offer exchanges for:

  • Defective products.

  • Incorrect products received.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued.

7. Return Shipping

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, return shipping costs may be covered by Club Hachi.

  • For returns requested for other eligible reasons, shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

  • Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

8. Cancellation of Orders

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return process outlined above.
